ABOUT MARGEM
Margem Engineering is an engineering and consultancy firm established to offer design and application solutions in the mechanical contracting area, to render consultancy services related to mechanical projects, to define and manage the processes in similar projects, to perform process management in various sectors.
Within this scope, it carries out projects in heating, cooling, ventilation, fresh and wastewater installation, fire safety, building automation systems, insulation and energy efficiency.
Within the scope of consultancy services, it offers optimum solutions for corporate, commercial and individual air-conditioning and develops projects to increase the energy efficiency in existing or newly built systems.
OUR VISION & MISSION
Margem Engineering adopted a mission to determine the needs by carrying out structural analysis required for creating the safe, comfortable and efficient living areas and provide its customers the quality engineering services to bring permanent solutions capable to cover these needs.
Our vision is to be a reliable and standing brand creating comfortable living areas by using structural technologies in the most efficient way for business partners and people who use these living areas.
OUR POLICY
MARGEM ENGINEERING; was established in Ankara in 2010 to provide mechanical and electromechanical contracting services. Since its establishment, it has been serving on the basis of quality and customer satisfaction.
For Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Electrical systems; While providing design, sales, installation and energy surveying, electrical and mechanical projects and electromechanical contracting services;
- To design and implement projects in accordance with national and international standards by using new technologies,
- Ensuring the continuity of customer satisfaction,
- To cooperate with our subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their compliance with the system,
- To be in continuous cooperation with institutions and organizations in our sector, to participate in joint studies,
- FTo identify and develop the necessary resources for our activities, to provide the necessary opportunities for personal and professional development of our employees to ensure their participation at all levels and to increase the effectiveness of our Management System,
- To reduce the environmental pollution that may occur during our works and to prevent occupational accidents and health problems,
- In our projects, Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems to apply and develop continuously, to provide occupational health and safety and to protect the environment.

Yaşar Behiç OKAN
Co-Founder
He was graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Department of Mechanical engineering in 1986. He worked as a project manager in Arçelik A.Ş. Çayırova facilities till 1988. He completed his military obligations in MSB Ankara Construction Real Estate Dept. Surveying Project Branch. During 1989-2010 he worked in Alarko Carrier San. Tic. A.Ş. on various positions for heating, cooling and ventilation systems. He attended to the personal development seminar given by Marmara University Digital Methods Research and Application Centre and MEB-TUBITAK Turkey Industry Administration Institute. He owns 6 Sigma black-belt, Process Management Expertise, Project management certificate given by Project Management Association, Energy Management Certificate given by General Directorate of Electrical Power Resources Survey and Development Administration (BEY), Training Survey Project Certificate given by General Directorate of Electrical Power Resources Survey and Development Administration (EEP), Authorization Certificate of MMO Mechanical Contracting Expert Engineer and MMO Natural Gas Internal Installation. Behiç Okan is a member of Chamber of Mechanical Engineers (MMO) and Turkish Society of HVAC and Sanitary Engineers (TTMD).
Yalım ATALAY
Co-Founder
He was graduated from Gazi University Department of Mechanical Engineering. He worked as a research assistant in the Mechanical Engineering Department till 1996; he completed his master with the thesis written on “Reducing the air polluters cased from conventional burning systems” in the Energy department. He participated in the project named “Research of Reasons and Reducing Measures of Air Pollution in Ankara” jointly performed by NATO and Gazi University Engineering and Architecture Faculty. During his duty, he participated in measurements of polluter emissions released to air from houses and industry in various locations of Turkey. He worked as an engineer in Treysan prefabricated structural systems till 1997. During 1997-2010 he worked in Alarko Carrier San. Tic. A.Ş. on various positions for heating, cooling and ventilation systems. He attended to the personal development seminar given by Marmara University Digital Methods Research and Application Centre and MEB-TUBITAK Turkey Industry Administration Institute. He has MMO Mechanical Contracting Expert Engineer Certificate. He assumed duties as instructor in the training programs Energy Management Certificate given by General Directorate of Electrical Power Resources Survey and Development Administration (BEY). Yalım Atalay is a member of Chamber of Mechanical Engineers (MMO) and Turkish Society of HVAC and Sanitary Engineers (TTMD).
